Requirements
- proven track record of success in a senior leadership role
- exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results
- in-depth understanding of guest service principles and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
- strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with composure
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
