Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- diagnose and repair complex faults in vehicles
- conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults in vehicles
- liaise with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- keep up-to-date with new vehicle technology and changes in the industry
- coach and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
- ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician
- relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or above
- strong diagnostic skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong attention to detail
- full driving license
- willingness to continually develop skills and knowledge
