  • reviewing loss ratio performance on a monthly basis, with relevant proposals made to relevant stakeholders
  • assisting Account Managers and Business Development Manager in obtaining new business and retaining current accounts
  • managing and drafting policy wordings as well as ongoing reviews and benchmarking
  • formulating and submitting pricing proposals to underwriters and Call Assist stakeholders
  • co-ordinating new client launches with key stakeholders within Call Assist
  • underwriting motor breakdown insurance products across both direct and broker distribution channels, however the role may not be limited to motor breakdown insurance
  • providing regular pipeline and progress reports
  • attending external meetings, conferences and events on behalf of the business
