Responsibility
engage coffee operators and distributors to sell the full portfolio of Califia Farms products in accordance with the UK Strategy
manage and grow an existing book of business
manage and build relationships amongst foodservice & coffee operators both regionally and nationally
direct management and engagement of a large, outsourced sales network to increase reach and sales penetration
accurate and timely sales volume forecasting and trade spend management
prepare and conduct effective customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
cross-functional internal team engagement across operations, marketing, and finance to get stakeholder buy-in and support
Requirements
strong experience in the Coffee industry and a proven history of results within the industry
barista training and a black book of contacts within Coffee
strong presentation skills and commercial mindset
embrace Califia’s core values and demonstrate these on a day-to-day basis
