Responsibility
- managing themselves to a high standard
- works very well in a small team
- organising and operating marketing softwares such as Spareroom and Openrent
- proactively manage all lead inquiries within agreed time frames
- lettings of properties including all aspects advertising, conducting viewings, selecting, onboarding and renewals
- client communication to build and maintain relationships to maximise lead generation and business opportunities
- staging properties and pictures ready for viewings
- understanding of how to operate our Arthur management software
Requirements
- be able to demonstrate an ability to manage themselves to a high standard
- must have strong communication and negotiation skills to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and clients
- self sufficient and highly self motivated with a high attention to detail and drive to provide excellent client service
- A growth mindset to want to learn and improve through constructive feedback
- preferably has experience using Arthur management software or similar softwares such as Fixflo and Jupix
- job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- pay: £23,000.00 per year
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer service behind the scenes in property, events management or hospitality
