Responsibility

  • ensure the safety and security of the school at all times
  • overseeing the signing in and out of all visitors issuing passes where applicable
  • assisting with the emergency fire evacuation procedure
  • making sure that the front door is locked and entry to the premises controlled
  • receive, sort and distribute all packages, deliveries and mail
  • operate office equipment, e.g. computer, printer, etc. as required
  • ensure that the Reception area is kept tidy and is a safe and welcoming environment
