  • be confident in icing cakes at a fast pace
  • have experience of making sauces, toppings, garnishes etc
  • be creative and forward-thinking
  • the job role entails decorating cakes, making frosting, creating cake fillings, sauce and garnishes, baking and decorating cookies, cakes, cupcakes and brownies and ensuring every product looks top-notch
