- washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
- the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, and preparing snacks
- cooking all products served in the coffee shop
- placing orders when necessary
- sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls, cleaning of the freezers, fridges and ovens
- the unloading of delivered food supplies
Requirements
- experienced in the kitchen
- organisational and time management skills
- effective communication skills
- food hygiene training
- weekend availability
