  • JOB PURPOSE Is responsible for delivering and managing the Clinical Pharmacy and Prescription teams

  • supports, motivates and develops staff within the practice pharmacy and prescriptions teams
  • offers professional leadership and facilitate shared learning with other clinical practice pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
  • accountable for the delivery of the clinical pharmacy and prescription service
  • accountable for clinical pharmacist and pharmacy technician mentorship across 4PCN
  • to carry out clinical medication reviews in Care homes and communicate recommendations to prescribers to ensure identified improvements in quality and value are achieved
