knowledge of building works is preferred but not required
must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently

15 Hours required, . These hours are flexible and need to be worked sometime between the hours of 10.30-15.30
Responsibility
answer phone call and schedule client appointments
this position will also be responsible for answering phones, scheduling, answering general questions and assisting clients with various administrative needs
answer general questions from client regarding their planning applications, building regulations applications and general queries
this position will report directly to the Office Manager
check and reply to planning applications
look at planning portal and obtain documents
respond to case officers and write structured replies
