Responsibility
- end-to-end project and cost management, from initial brief to sign off
- to estimate for and oversee the installation of various passive fire protection products and intumescent paint
- liaising with site management teams, to ensure that all involved are aware of our work processes
- attending site visits to get a better knowledge of the works required, to assist with quotations
- attending weekly review meetings of how projects are going, ensuring deadlines are being met
- overall business development; introductions and client proposals
- programming projects and ensuring they are carried out to a high level of detail, following all manufacturer guidelines in the process
- producing relevant RAMs and H&S documents, ensuring that these are adhered to, to ensure timely management of both temporary and permanent staff, to meet the requirements of each project
Requirements
- extensive experience in passive fire protection and intumescent paint
- comprehensive knowledge of fire stopping procedures and products
