Responsibility
- work closely with the Development team, to ensure that pre-development pursuit expenditure is budgeted and actual vs budget reports are prepared
- working capital management, including short term funding requirements, capital calls, draw downs, distributions, payment approvals and maintaining banking mandates
- monitor and report on financial covenants and other quarterly reporting requirements with the banks
- ensure debt / interest schedules are maintained and related journals are booked
- ensure equity allocations for each project are agreed and maintained
- liaise directly with joint venture partners regarding project progress and other financial matters
- work with lawyers on joint venture matters, documentation and corporate structuring
- work closely with the Development team to ensure that construction project expenditure is tracked against budget, maintaining a cost to date / cost to complete model and invoice register
