Responsibility

  • establishing and executing internal financial controls
  • completing the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • managing bank reconciliations and monthly Credit Card expenditure
  • liaising with various departments on financial expenditure and budgets
  • KPI’s reported monthly
  • preparation and posting of journal entries
  • utilisation of accounts system and monitoring of profit and loss
  • supporting the Financial Manager and the Finance team with monthly reconciliation tasks and contributing to the preparation of accurate Monthly Management Accounts within monthly reporting deadlines for the four group companies

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years’ experience
  • qualified Accountant AAT/ACA/CIMA/ACCA
  • payroll experience preferred but not essential
  • accounting: 5 years
