Responsibility
notify all European staff of upcoming clinics/visits
assist EU staff on the system when requested
onboarding – including producing and processing of offer letters and contracts, requesting and processing relevant documentation from new starters and line managers in preparation for their start date, setting up new starters on systems and reports, arranging the New Starter Induction Schedules, and coordinating the new starters first day within the company
staff Awards – arrange and assist staff with travel arrangements
arrange hire car insurance for UK-based employees as and when necessary
purchasing Cards – manage receipts for REG purchasing cards, producing, and sending monthly reports, on behalf of the Head of European HR and European HR Coordinator
manage and update HR folders and documents on SharePoint, the Retreat, and RTA, following compliance standards and ensuring the smooth running of the HR team
RJA Reporting - Produce and send quarterly EU Organisational Charts and Headcount sheets, as well as Monthly Update reports, to EU HR Coordinator for approval before sending to RJA – collating EU updates and notifications, and updating documents and systems, as necessary
