- warehouse operatives
- carry out performance reviews and one-to-one meetings with direct reports as required to maintain company standards and targets
- to check inbound / outbound freight manifests
- completing daily warehouse and management KPI’s & Reports as required
- ensure warehouse capacity matches overall business demand with regards to overall performance, including labour and equipment resource and space allocation
- to Marshall a very busy depot and ensuring smooth traffic management in the yard and warehouse
- ensure that stock control processes are in place and stock counts executed daily
- can formally comment in detail on all types of report
Requirements
- must have a detailed knowledge of the IT infrastructure and capabilities of the organisation
- must have extensive knowledge of the present and future IT expectations in the market place
- educated to GCSE, O Level or equivalent
- must be proficient in the use of MS Office
- previous experience of working within the warehouse/transport environment is essential
- be able to lead change, engage and communicate to the team
- be able to identify and drive continuous improvement
- ability to communicate at all levels
