sourcing, procuring and taking ownership of stock control processes and procedures
organising our store and shop front
creating and sending quotes to repair customers
contacting customer with queries on repairs
ensuring that goods in and out are processed in a timely manner
providing general support to the management team and other staff as required
take ownership of calls, emails and other communications received by our repair and service team, liaising with other staff where necessary to ensure customers receive a quick response
Requirements
at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
A proactive mindset and outlook
the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
excellent customer service skills
IT skills
