Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • day to day administration of multiple client payrolls, including weekly and monthly pay schedules
  • processing starters and leavers
  • processing of pay uplifts and contractual changes to remuneration
  • processing of pensions and other deductions
  • processing of all statutory payments such as SSP, redundancy, SMP etc
  • liaising confidently and proactively with HMRC, using own initiative to resolve issues
  • keeping up to date with all payroll legislation and compliance issues
  • proactively review and audit C Allan & Son’s payroll processes and records to ensure compliance at all times

Requirements

  • payroll: 5 years
  • methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail and personal organisation
