Responsibility

post-course administration plus additional ad hoc project activities as required
promptly issue exam links to delegates, making provisions for extra time and other exam support when needed
log exam results in our CRM and issue these results to delegates
handle the appeal process between delegates and the examination body, and organise exam re-sits when required

generate and send certificates to customers once the course is completed and invoices have been paid
chase outstanding invoices that still require payment
