Responsibility

  • we are ambitious and growing, and we are looking for an additional Training Administrator to work within our team
  • post-course administration plus additional ad hoc project activities as required
  • promptly issue exam links to delegates, making provisions for extra time and other exam support when needed
  • log exam results in our CRM and issue these results to delegates
  • handle the appeal process between delegates and the examination body, and organise exam re-sits when required
  • bywater is a well-established, independently owned training and consultancy provider in Esher, Surrey, delivering our professional services to businesses of all sizes and industries across the UK
  • generate and send certificates to customers once the course is completed and invoices have been paid
  • chase outstanding invoices that still require payment
