Responsibility
- you will take orders, process exchanges and refunds, and answer any questions all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
- you will communicate with customers via the phone, email and live chat
- contact customers to see if there are any issues with the website and or you/we can help them complete the transaction
- inform customers of stock shortages, locating the stock where possible
- monitor feedback and communicate with customers as required
- customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a pivotal part of this role
- processing failed/un-confirmed Orders: Monitor all on a daily basis failed or unconfirmed orders at the website
- web Site: Aid with the supervising and maintaining of the web site, ensuring imagery, descriptions and content are correct. Supporting the Ecommerce Manager with updates and changes
Requirements
- proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and ecommerce environment
- experience with an online retailer would be beneficial
- good administration skills, ability to type, with a systematic approach to logging of information and form filling
- good presentation skills
