  • daily Tasks
  • process EDI orders on IFS system
  • validate orders and release for transport to be arranged
  • create load lists for orders and calculate load weights
  • access Customer portals to book backhaul transport
  • arrange and book in hauliers
  • monitor stock levels when / where required
  • liaise with other departments to achieve maximum supply to Customers

Requirements

  • background in administration, 2 years in similar role or A-level standard including Business Administration. A Logistics/Supply background would be useful
  • needs to be articulate and a good communicator with good grammar skills
