Requirements

  • demonstration of high level of Customer Service skills
  • HR administrative background desirable
  • shared service desirable
  • experience of conducting manual/numerical calculations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • oracle HRM systems experience preferred

Responsibility

  • answer all calls within the required service level agreement
  • to maintain data updates and document production to agreed schedules and service le
