Responsibility
- centre Operations
- supporting the Facilities Manager to plan and schedule projects
- facilitate and manage regular revenue audits to feed into strategic planning sessions with CEO/SMT
- preparing and managing budgets for Tooting Works and Business Launchpad and supporting budget holders to draft and manage department budgets
- ensuring compliance with fire and H&S legislation across the whole business
- overall responsibility for the growth and development of our ability to fill available units, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and virtual tenancies
- help to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morals
- identify and address problems and opportunities for the organisation
