Responsibility
- provide line guidance and support to the team, co-ordinating workloads to ensure that the team delivers
- monitor any issues, targets and KPI’s to meet company requirements
- develop the team by promoting positivity and focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards
- key Holder Responsibilities
- support the Warehouse Manager in running an efficient operation which is able to fulfill operational and customer demand and meet targets
- oversee the safe and accurate operation of stock movements, ensuring good customer service. Promoting on Time and In Full
- support the Fleet Manager ensuring the fleet and its drivers are operating in accordance with legislation and regulations
- hands on Role reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Team Leader will Manage the day-to-day Warehouse operation ensuring efficiencies in achieving business targets
