Requirements

  • either Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant or Qualified By Experience
  • experience from working in an SME
  • positive character with the hunger, energy, desire and ambition to progress into a future Finance Manager role
  • thrive working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, non-routine environment and playing a key role which will impact business decisions
  • some previous supervisory experience will be useful, but is not essential
  • previous experience in preparation of Management Information, and comfortable with large volume of data manipulation, digesting and reporting trends
  • accounting: 2 years
  • resilient, hard-working, with excellent time management and organisational skills

Responsibility

  • working alongside the Head of Finance, assisting in the preparation of Board Packs
  • management of the Finance Assistant
