Responsibility

- manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers

- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements
- proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
- extensive knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices
