  • semi senior accountant
  • book keeper

Responsibility

  • preparation of accounts and tax computations for sole traders, Partnerships and small Limited Companies for manager / partner review
  • produce quarterly management accounts and report to manager / Partner. Review work undertaken by junior members of the team
  • attendance at client premises to assist their book keeping / management information preparation and any remedial work required
  • preparing / Reviewing VAT returns for clients or reviewing book keeping work undertaken
  • meeting clients and sorting out day to day client issues
  • preparation of corporation tax and personal tax returns
  • undertaking quarterly review procedures for clients cloud accounting packages
  • training and troubleshooting for clients on cloud accounting packages and answering ongoing queries

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years experience in small accountancy practice
  • qualified / part qualified AAT / ACCA
  • cloud Accounting experience preferential
  • accounting: 3 years
  • leeds, West Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
