The responsibilities of this role include strategizing and executing efficient manufacturing processes, managing financial performance and budgeting, leading and developing a diverse team, and fostering strong customer and vendor relationships. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven experience in senior management within a manufacturing environment, and strong financial acumen.
