Responsibility
- installation of security systems
- periodic preventative maintenance of electronic security systems
- efficient response to all emergency call outs
- participation in the on-call rota (standby fee paid and call outs paid separately
- fault finding, test and repair of malfunctioning systems
- maintaining excellent and effective working relationships with the customer and their representatives
Requirements
- appropriate technical knowledge in Texecom, Galaxy and Gardtec Intruder Alarm Systems
- appropriate technical knowledge in stand alone CCTV Systems and remote viewing facilities
- appropriate technical knowledge in Paxton Access Control Systems
- high based knowledge on both monitored, un-monitored Wireless Intruder Alarm Systems
- ability to provide remote support over the phone directly with customers and work colleagues
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in all disciplines
