  • oversee daily operations of the kitchen
  • help recruit and train both front of house and kitchen team
  • maintain high cleanliness standards , monitor food safety practices and ensure environmental health compliance
  • ensure exceptional customer experience both online and in the store and resolve issues promptly
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • organise employee rotas

Requirements

  • proven management experience in a supervisor or management role with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
