key account manager
Responsibility
- overall commercial responsibility for specified portfolio of accounts
- to be the voice of BV in the Client and the voice of the Client in BV
- where possible be the single point of contact for portfolio accounts
- supporting and facilitating inclusion of new clients’ sites to the MSA and/or MEIAS
- actively seek new Clients for the MSA & MEIAS product line
- understand the Client’s business needs and transform them into a sales strategy through a detailed account plan
- govern high level relationships; meet key stakeholders and ensure all relevant Client contact relationships are maintained
- lead the sales actions of the BV network within account portfolio
