- parttime role available
- monday - Friday with Saturday shifts also rotated
- exchanging Foreign Currency
- taking enquiries to the Walk- in Customers and over the phone
- provide an excellent foreign exchange customer service
- maximising profit while offering outstanding communication skills
- attention to details while processing money
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided
- previous experience in a customer service role with cash handling experience
- customer service: 1 year
