- answer the telephone and respond to enquiries from both clients and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
- maintain resident, staff, and financial records and files
- provide administrative & secretarial support to the Care Centre manager e.g. typing, filing, dealing with correspondence etc, within given timescales
- arrange Food Deliveries/supplies required in the Care Centre adhering to Budgets
- manage administrative systems such as CareBlox and CareDocs to help services run smoothly which include creating the rota and attendance records and processing payroll
Requirements
- previous experience of book-keeping & administration
- ability to work on own initiative
- good communication and organisational skills
- friendly, confident, well-presented and customer-focused
- professional telephone manner
- an appreciation of need for confidentiality
- team player
- nursing Home Administrator: 1 year
