• prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and established standards

• previous experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
• strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• proficient in various baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
