Responsibility

  • operating and monitoring appropriate procedures for the ordering, processing, invoicing and payment for all goods and services provided by Trust
  • generate payment runs via BACS and upload to online banking system
  • operating the agreed procedures for Petty Cash
  • operating the agreed procedure of the Private Fund
  • reconciliation of school trips
  • operating the agreed procedures for the maintenance of the school accounting function, including postings and resolution of any problems/discrepancies in line with the Trusts Financial policies and procedures
  • liaise with school staff and heads of departments
  • filing and archive maintenance
