Responsibility

  • meet and exceed agreed regional sales and profit targets
  • provide influential leadership to your external sales team colleagues, whilst supporting their on-going development needs
  • oversee a dedicated team of Area Sales Managers to help them achieve their sales, profit and new business targets
  • support, develop and evolve our selling culture
  • maintain and develop key supplier relationships
  • identify any areas for development through monthly / quarterly reviews with your team members
  • maintain administration processes in line with business requirements
  • ensure sales territories are organised to maximise the effectiveness of the sales team resource and to provide optimum coverage of the allocated customer base
