flexibility to work hours required by the business
Responsibility
this will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place
the wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the club will be obligatory for you and your team
to report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to club procedure
to report for work in full uniform whenever on duty and ensure your team are well presented and groomed at all times in line with club standards
to ensure that any accidents to staff, members, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures
to ensure product knowledge is up to date at all times and to build relationships with our members and guests through proactive customer interaction buy you and your team
ensure that the sales targets and profit margins for the food and beverage department are met, with a strong understanding and demonstration of the business – maximising opportunities for growth and up-selling at all times
to head up all Health & Safety aspects of the Clubhouse and to be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety Act as applicable to your place of work
