Responsibility

  • BTY Sales and Marketing Ltd are looking for a full-time Telesales agent / Sweeper to join our Sales team in Leeds
  • the role is working directly with our sales department
  • developing proposals for prospective clients from previously attended appointments
  • manage all sale documentation
  • provide support to our surveyors in contract amendments
  • provides updates/reports of prospects to Senior Management
  • provides routine support to Sales to achieve monthly install targets are met

Requirements

  • skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • communication - Builds productive working relationships both internally with sales reps and externally with potential customers
  • decision Maker - Advanced ability to be an effective problem solver and act decisively to close business
  • administration – good attention to detail, able to identify possible issues with contracts that may slow down job installation
  • time management – work closely to deadlines and identify responsibility for ammendments etc
