Responsibility
- manage all external Registration requirements to ensure timely responses, to continue to ensure ongoing compliance with the QMS .reviewing and auditing all in-house systems and procedures to ensure they reflect current working practices and customer requirements
- control and investigate any customer returns as well as internal rejections
