Requirements

  • ideally, at least three years experience of working in the financial services industry
  • ideally, experience of working in an IFA Practice
  • A good understanding of pension, investment and protection products
  • knowledge of Intelliflo Intelligent Office & Transact Online preferable
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • an excellent telephone manner
  • able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Responsibility

  • producing all the relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the adviser, including quotations, illustrations and valuations
  • populating and maintaining client records within our database
