Responsibility

  • daily operational and logistical management of the Bruce’s Doggy Day Care Centre
  • maintain exceptional customer experience and bookings through our online CRM software
  • champion team engagement and motivation on a daily basis
  • manage your teams induction and ongoing training
  • support the General manager and take on area responsibilities to support other centres as and when needed
  • champion dog enrichment and ensure each dog is social, happy and fulfilled at every visit
  • support, endorse and govern the Centre in accordance with the Bruce's Purpose and Values
  • work closely with the General Manager and other Centre managers to ensure consistency and growth of the business
