- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- your own set of tools
- current experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, including knowledge of engines, brakes, services etc
- MOT licence preferred but not essential
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- valid driver's license
