Responsibility
- manage general warehouse operations in line with Company Strategy, Values, and Policies
- responsible for supervising and maintaining warehouse disciplines and Health & Safety best practice including hygiene and security
- develop, maintain, monitor, and report warehouse KPI’s
- being accountable for the leadership and management of the warehouse team and the safe and efficient operation of the business warehouse and yard activities, you will support our business across all production areas and the purchasing department
- safe and efficient container destuffing, utilising temporary and in-house labour
- safe and efficient loading, ensuring loads are secure and all relevant documentation is in place and completed to the correct standard
- managing all outbound deliveries and working closely with couriers
- accurate booking in of inventory with relevant documentation in place and completed to the correct standard
Requirements
- effective time management, prioritising, and multi-tasking skills
- counterbalance FLT licence and PPT Licences
- excellent verbal and written communication skills ·
- an ability to think and lead strategically
- experienced in leading and managing a team, including coaching and training as required
- exceptional attention to detail
- A natural problem solver, able to find solutions outside of the status quo
- flexible approach managing work within specific deadlines
