- conducting the process of remortgaging properties
- advising clients on the Right to Buy scheme and managing the legal aspects involved
Requirements
- qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Conveyancing
- A thorough understanding of Commercial and Residential Property law
- experience in managing a diverse caseload
- excellent client care skills, with the ability to work in a customer-facing role
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing documents
