Responsibility
- oversee and manage all aspects of the MD's commercial and personal interests, including financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- collaborate with the board of directors to develop and execute the organization's mission and goals
- build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members
- bookkeeping using QuickBooks, inputting invoices and bank downloads
- preparing and submitting VAT quarterly returns
- preparing bookkeeping information for onward transmission to company accountants
- billing and credit control for architect’s practice
Requirements
- proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft package required
- excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 1 year
