we are a rapidly expanding accountancy firm and currently have an opportunity for a full-time Junior Bookkeeper to work closely with our Bookkeeper and help the firm's bookkeeping services and provide accounting support to an established team
the individual will need to be flexible and thrive in a busy, fast paced office environment, and will be responsible for managing their own desk, liaising and assisting with our bookkeeper and account managers
this is a varied role within the company, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our bookkeeper in providing bookkeeping, VAT and CIS services to a diverse and interesting range of clients in a timely and accurate manner, whilst simultaneously liaising with the Account managers
preparation & submission of all National Statistics information requests
verifying and recording invoices
Requirements
1-2 years’ experience
great knowledge of Sage, Xero and QuickBooks bookkeeping software’s
strong communication skills
hardworking and proactive approach
attention to detail and accuracy
ability to creatively and efficiently prioritize and execute multiple tasks to meet deadlines
must have excellent organisational skills
