Requirements

  • you will work well as a part of a team in fast-paced environment
  • you will have strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
  • have at least a years’ experience in a customer service role
  • have good knowledge of ecommerce and order management platforms . As well as being able to demonstrate where you have had to learn and adapt to using new or bespoke IT systems before
  • customer service: 1 year

Responsibility

  • you will make sure that we keep to our targeted times in answering customers emails
  • you will be flexible to adjust to ad-hoc tasks and challenges as required with the business needs
  • working daily on our phones you will place orders, answer customers queries, deal with issues and complaints in a quick and efficient manner

Contract type

  • brookside Plant Nursery are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to come and join our seasonal team
  • in return we offer you an hourly rate of £10.42, a beautiful work location, in the village of Hints in Tamworth
  • in return we offer you an hourly rate of £10.50, a beautiful work location, in the village of Hints in Tamworth
  • working during our peak season, you will have previous experience working in customer service, helping customers place orders over the phone and dealing with any issues or complaints we might have
  • you will help manage our email enquiries and message customers on our live chat on the website, helping us make sure that we maintain our fantastic customer service reputation during our busiest time
  • working under the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be confident and friendly on the phone, be able to handle high volumes of calls daily and have excellent written and grammar skills
  • this will be a Zero-hour contract role, however, your shifts will be minimum four hours a day, working hours we anticipate will be from 9.30am-1.30pm , During our busiest weeks you will be required to work between four - five days a week
