  • developing and creating new business on personal lines, upselling and cross selling
  • maintaining relationships with clients
  • assisting clients with the renewal of their home and travel insurance and providing documentation when requested
  • making sure that the systems are updated accoridngly

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • cert CII or similar held/working towards preferred but not essential
  • excellent client service focus
  • insurance broking: 2 years
