mortgage administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • ensuring all documents are received from clients prior to meeting with mortgage consultant
  • acting as a primary point of contact for clients post submission of application
  • chasing lender, solicitors and clients on daily basis
  • submit mortgage applications, processing them and make sure you have all the documents to meet compliance
  • scanning and uploading documents onto CRM system
  • required to maintain the accurate records of the clients and build new relationships and make sure the existing pipeline is maintained
  • consistently meeting company/client deadlines
  • tight tracking of mortgage/protection applications, efficient gathering of additional/missing documents from client

Requirements

  • industry experience for at least 1 year
  • attention to detail is a must
  • professional and hardworking
  • good communication skills both verbal and written
  • organised and attention to details is imperative
  • able to work on MS Office , scan and print
  • team Player
  • ambitious with 'Can do' Attitude
