Responsibility

  • to shelf fill and merchandise goods to the required standards
  • post out purchases to guests when required
  • all team absences are reported to Customer Services Manager
  • attending meetings when required
  • to ensure all cash handling procedures are adhered to
  • support the Customer Services Manager with training and inducting new members to the team
  • supporting line manager in maintaining staffing rota to ensure The Shop is staffed correctly
  • shop display – refresh and rotate, ensuring signage within the area is accurate and on brand
