Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- make sure the premises are clean in areas where maintenance work is carried out and that rubbish is collected and taken away
- carry out any other duties within the responsibilities of the department and or any other reasonable request as appropriate
- carry out fire marshal duties as required
- where a permanent and substantial change in the duties and responsibilities occurs, then the post would be eligible for re-evaluation
- operate all machinery and equipment in a safe and correct manner using all safety devices and practices and utilising full PPE as required
- be available and respond promptly to emergency call outs on a rota basis as and when required by the organisation
- set and clear chairs, tables and desks as required for events across the College
- complete training as required by the College’s Health & Safety policy
